Erika Nall brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in administrative operations and business development to Virtus Financial Partners. Her diverse background spans office management, public relations, franchise operations, and events management — with specialized expertise in contract negotiations, corporate training, marketing strategy, and conference planning.

Since joining Virtus in 2020, Erika has led the client operations support team with a commitment to delivering exceptional service experiences. She oversees disability and life insurance management for clients while managing the firm’s day-to-day administrative functions, strategic projects, and marketing initiatives.

Erika earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Rhode Island, where she was a Scholar Athlete. Her dedication to service extends beyond the office through her volunteer work with The Big Henry Fund, a nonprofit supporting underprivileged children — where she has served as Marketing Director and Events Photographer since 2011.

When she’s not in the office, Erika enjoys playing beach volleyball, tackling home remodeling projects with her husband, spending time with family in the Adirondacks, and relaxing with her best friend Scout — a 100-pound English fox lab.
