Alexis Betancourt brings a service-first mindset and sharp attention to detail to her role as a Client Service Associate at Virtus Financial Partners. Her approach is built on a foundation of integrity and reliability, and she is committed to creating a positive, seamless experience for every client she works with.
Her background in hospitality continues to shape the way she shows up for clients each day — with warmth, consistency, and a genuine focus on anticipating needs before they surface. Whether she's helping a client with a document request or following up on a detail behind the scenes, Alexis brings the same attentive, people-first mentality to every interaction.

Alexis is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science at Florida International University, with an expected graduation in May 2026. Looking ahead, she plans to build on her experience at Virtus by becoming a financial advisor herself — channeling her client-first instincts into a career of helping families and professionals plan for the things that matter most.
Outside of the office, Alexis stays active and loves being outdoors — whether she's in the gym, scuba diving or spearfishing along the coast, or hitting the trail for a hike or camping trip.
